Healthy Mindfulness in February
The lock down in January was very hard for me. I didn't realize how much I depended on the occasional meeting with friends until I did not have them. I'll continue to walk in February, getting myself out unless the energy truly is not there.
My main exercise for February: Journal writing daily. Writing long hand does something for my mind, clearing it and giving me perspective. My resolution for February: Healthy Mindfulness. I'll keep updated.
