Welcome to one and all (well not all, the limit is six people) who would like to participate in this trial run of Harp & Story workshop.
What we will do
Each session we will

Start out with a warm up to relax our hands and tune us up

Look at one harp technique and one storytelling technique.

Finish with some ideas and exercises to work on in your own time until we meet again.

Finding tunes to fit the story

Transitions
Three sessions will focus on different aspects of storytelling, the last session will be a Harp & Story private concert, where friends and family are invited to join on Zoom to hear the stories.

Please cancel 48 hours before the first meeting.
Level
Harpists of all levels are welcome. I only request that you have played a few months and understand how to tune your harp into different keys. This workshop will focus on playing and storytelling, if you are interested in technique or lessons, I can give you recommendations to online teachers.
